The day before opening of the 22th Moscow International Book Fair its Organizing Committee released the application in which the remarkable words were told: ‘The Organizing Committee of the 22th MIBF without any censorship and supporting the constitutional guarantee for freedom of speech resolutely calls the participants of the Fair, the whole publishing community to show respectful attitude to religious, national feelings of colleagues and visitors’.

The Organizing Committee does not only ‘calls to allow no exposure and selling of the books that propagate national and religious intolerance which is incompatible with the spirit of the Moscow International Book Fair that advocates the ideals of humanism, cultural exchange and friendship between the peoples’, but also is obliged to take ‘upon itself any juridical risks related to early termination of working of the exhibit racks where the published production that is aimed to incite national, racial or religious enmity, humiliate national dignity, propagandize exceptionality, excellence or inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to religion, national and racial belonging is exposed or sold’.

The trial over major D. The agreement to make the operation for 100 thousand roubles was reached with the hospital, but not even this sum of money came to victim, upon the words of the lawyer.

It is difficult to comment such state of affairs. The most elementary norms of consciousness and responsibility of the State for the life of its citizen whom employed by the State right to defend people major Evsyukov injured are defied. Without laying out the insignificant for itself sum of money for I. Gerasimenko, Russian State definitely speaks: ‘we do not to care a damn to our citizens and to the situations happening with them’. Moreover, it seems that the pressure upon the lawyer is brought; it is hardly to explain as an accidental coincidence the fact that unknown persons broke the windows of his car just during the session of the court.

The average extremists’ age in Russia spirals down. The recent announce of the arrest of 16 years old teen who was the member of neo-Nazis group imply sad feelings - Stpeter/. The second year education student of one of capital technical schools was about to commit in the city the series of terroristic acts, in particular to blow up the bomb of eight-kilogram weight at one of the most live places of the capital.

Nevertheless not the age of the arrested one strikes but his professionalism and fanatics. He had bought all components of the explosives himself and in several days crafted the handmade bombs; 2 kilo of ammonal and several detonating fuses made from acetone peroxide that he got with himself were confiscated from him. Upon the evidence of the militiamen the apprehended person has all skills of experienced demolition specialist: ‘Our bomb technicians were greatly surprised with the wide knowledge in that sphere after they talked to him’.

On the September 8 at the meeting of the Security Council the initiative to mastermind the consistent state policy of struggle with drug distribution and drug abuse prevention was outspoken.

The fact of increasing the drug consumption among young adults is well-known. Accordingly to the official statistics during latest 10 years the amount of registered “addicts” has increased to 60 percent and is as follows 500 thousand people. Nevertheless these numbers are obviously lower because of the fact that the considerable number of drug abused people is not registered in drug abuse centers. For another thing, the consistent classification in the sphere of drug abuse is not chosen: the large part of young adults consumes drugs, smokes “grass”. It is not a secret that in some discos and clubs there is the load industry of drug distribution. Though, it is possible to trust the experts’ assessments of 2–2.5 million consuming people who are mainly younger adults. These numbers arouse great anxiety. (mayak.info)

It is clear that the drug addiction of such high number of younger adults together with one more Russian trouble – countrywide drunkenness – does not encourage in the aspect of labor force rising and hardening, without help of those no economic, social sphere, culture growth is possible. Drug abuse became indeed the menace to the national security.

Public Figures Expressed Indignation on the Appearance of Black-Hundred Books at the Book Fair in Moscow.
The day before opening of the 22th Moscow International Book Fair the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights, the fund ‘Holocaust’ and the Moscow Anti-Fascist Centre spoke with joint application in which they expressed their anxiety of the fact than on authoritative fair fifth year in a row (!) the books of undisguised Black-Hundred content had been on display.

It was a question of the book-presentation by former minister of press B. Mironov who had been exonerated of the criminal responsibility for incitement of ethnic hatred only because the statute of limitation of the crime has expired. The text of the book ‘Russians: Final Frontier’, that has been got out by publishing house ‘Algorithm’ in 2009, speaks for itself and needs no comments, though here are two quotations:
‘For all Russian peoples the awareness of the fact that all Russian natives have one enemy, comes, at last – and this enemy is the sheeny’ (p. 53).

‘Aside from the Duma, but the whole of the State power – the Council of the Federation, the Government and the Administration of the President are turned into sheeny buffoonery and hole-in-the-wall’ (p. 175).
